(+$40 includes full analysis of online presence, Google, web, branding). Every restaurant assessment is personally completed by the Founder. We assess bartender attentiveness, drink consistency, speed of service, ID checking protocols, and overall atmosphere. $100 assessment fee + cost of 4 beverages or 2 drinks and 1 app. Every Bar & Nightlife Second Look is personally conducted by the Founder. Your Customer’s Eyes
Sometimes a written report cannot capture the full experience. Add discreet photos or first-person video footage to your Second Look and see your business from the same perspective as your guests.
Using wearable smart glasses, selected moments from the customer journey can be documented to provide valuable visual context alongside the detailed assessment and recommendations.
Optional Photo & Video Add-On
Photo and video documentation is available upon request and may be added to eligible Second Look services. Availability depends on the business, location, privacy considerations, and the type of assessment being completed.
Note: Photos and video will only be captured where appropriate and permitted. Private conversations, personal information, restricted areas, or individuals will not be recorded without proper permission.
